Is there a touch screen on the display?

LCD module do not have touch function itself, while touch function is integrated on the top touch Panel.
Touch panel is a feature choice you make based on your project needs. We have some models that come with a touch panel but some are not.
While Touch panel can be customized, and you can design the suitable size, Specify IC, choose touch interface.

Is it possible to make a brighter display?

Yes, share project requirements, and we'll customize a high-brightness backlight suitable for sunlight readability.

How to understand stock for sale?

Stock levels are based on sales history. Small quantity orders are filled immediately. Contact us for larger quantities.

Is the supply continuous?

Yes, we will try best to provide long-term continuity of supply.
If there is any discontinuation of raw materials, we will inform you in advance and provide corresponding replacement plans based on the actual situation of the project.

What is covered under warranty and for how long?

Limited warranty: One year for functional defects and 30 days for visual defects or missing parts from the date of shipment. Notify us of damages or order errors within 7 days.

Where can I get technical files like datasheets and initialization codes?

Can I get a specific type of touch panel?

If needed, we can provide you with a resistive touch screen or a capacitive touch screen.
Resistive touch screen: The most common and cost-effective technology activated by contact from any object.
Capacitive touch screen: Allows multi-touch operation, providing a brighter display but is more expensive.

How can I make a custom order for a large quantity?

How long can you ship if we place order?

Usually our production time is within 3 days if we have stocks or for the sample order. Regarding massive production, production time is about 25-30 working days.
Touch panel customization and FPC customization for samples are 7-15 working days.
